Feed Office Pro allows feed manufacturers to enter orders, link to a batching system, transfer orders to accounting systems, and provides extensive reporting capabilities.

  • Manage Formulas
  • An unlimited number of formulas can be quickly and easily entered.
  • Formulas can be imported from several popular feed formulation and ration-balancing systems.
  • A formula markup can be added to cover processing charges. A shrink factor can be used to adjust the formula cost.
  • Multi-level formula feature enables feed mill to manufacture premixes concurrently with finished feed. Changes to the premix formula flow to all finished feeds that use it.

  • Easily access customer information such as formulas, group or flock data, farm directions, special pricing, and order history.
  • Feed Office Pro tracks customer grain bank and contract ingredient, and prices feed accordingly.
  • Split billing - easily manages a number of predefined cusotmers and split percentages for easy billing.
  • Easy Order Entry

  • Multiple users can simultaneously enter orders based on formula, total weight, and customer or location. The formula is automatically suggested for groups that are being fed on a stage feeding plan. The screen displays the amount remaining on the current stage and any pending orders for the group that are already entered into the system.
  • Information on customers' previous orders is available at the click of the mouse.
  • A field for comments enables the user to add notes to the order, such as directions or delivery instructions.
  • Information displayed on screens can be customized to show the level of detail the user prefers. Data displays can be sorted with a mouse click.
  • Users with the proper security can make temporary changes to rations at order entry, such as adding or changing a medication or changing sequencing of ingredient weigh-up.
  • Order compression makes compressing multiple orders into one restock order as simple as a click of a botton.
  • Manage and Schedule Orders

  • All open orders are viewed on the batch processing screen. Orders are selected with the mouse and with one click, are sent to the batching system to be manufactured.
  • A batch ticket can be printed for users without an interfaced batch controller. Users can either accept the theoretical batch weights or enter actual weights via the manual batch entry screen.
  • Duplicate data entry is eliminated, saving labor, and opportunities for errors are minimized.
  • Because the system is networkable, orders may be entered from a remote office and then queued up in the mill by production personnel.
  • All batch information is maintained for full traceability.
  • Easily Track Stage Feeding Plan
  • This patented Easy Automation technology allows users to easily select the correct formula for a flock or group of animals based on a prescribed feed budget.
  • When feeding a group, the only information required at order entry is the group number and the desired amount. As orders are entered, the system automatically suggests the correct formula.
  • Standard groups can be set up as templates.
  • Manage Inventory
  • At a glance, the user can view inventory status with a visual representation of quantities on hand.
  • Predefined inventory item reorder points ensure enough inventory is on hand.
  • The system tracks ingredient costs and adjusts values automatically as product is received and used. Current market cost of ingredients can be manually entered.
  • Lot numbers can be tracked and usage reports are available for traceabilitity and meeting regulatory requirements.
  • Interface to the Systems
  • Feed Office Pro provides easy-to-use interfaces to accounting systems such as QuickBooks®, Peachtree®, BusinessWorks®, Agris®, Oakland® , AgVantage®, Microsoft Dynamics GP®, Vertical GrainTrac®, AgVision®, AgTrax®, and other accounting systems.
  • Current investment in software is protected by allowing users to continue using existing systems for invoicing and receivables.
  • Feed production data can be exported to animal management software packages, such as FBS® and PigCHAMP®.
  • Feed Office Pro interfaces to all Easy Automation batching systems, including the Mark III and IV and Easy Weigh III and IV Windows-based systems as well as the Easy Weigh II and CSI-150 systems.

  • Feed Office Pro offers a broad range of predefined reports and graphics that can be easily accessed from the reports menu. Filters can be applied to any data field in the report so that only the desired data is displayed.
